No land is being sold today. Land, real estate and commercial zones are to be opened to XSL holders.

How will it work?

The target model has four steps. The details will be announced with the first zone.

Zone selection
Land, real estate or a commercial area will go through independent reviews before it is published.

Division into NFTs
The zone will be divided into NFTs, each standing for a part of it.

Purchase with XSL
The NFTs will be available to buy with XSL, straight from a wallet.

The ownership goal
The aim: whoever reaches a set number of a zone's NFTs can become its real owner.

ProcessPlanned process

A zone will join XSOIL only after a four-stage review. The outcome of every stage will be published with the zone.

Preliminary review
Location, access, soil structure and zoning status will be assessed.

Legal review
The title deed, ownership structure and encumbrances will be reviewed independently.

Independent valuation
Licensed valuation experts will determine the market value.

Publication and reporting
The zone will be published with all of its documents and reported on regularly.

The Digital Parcels of the presale are separate from these zones: they are symbolic spots on the community map, not land.
