Data we collect
The website does not require an account or any personal information, and it uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Your theme, sound and intro preferences are stored only in your browser. The hosting provider processes standard access logs (such as IP address, browser details, request time and the page requested) for security and operation.
Wallet address
When you connect a wallet, your address is used in your browser to read your balance and presale position from the blockchain; to keep the connection, the connected address and network are stored in your browser until you disconnect. These read requests go, with your IP address, to blockchain access services (RPC providers). The site also sends these services regular requests to read sale and price data, whether or not you connect a wallet. Your wallet address and transactions are public on the blockchain.
Blockchain data
Transactions on BNB Smart Chain are public and permanent. This data cannot be deleted or changed by XSOIL.
Third-party services
Wallet connections (e.g. WalletConnect), blockchain access (RPC providers) and hosting run through third-party services. These services may be located abroad, and their own privacy policies apply.
Your rights under KVKK
Under Article 11 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) you have rights such as learning whether your personal data is processed, requesting information, and asking for it to be corrected if it is incomplete or wrong, or deleted under the conditions of the law. The data controller's details and how to apply will be published on this page once the company details are final.
Changes
This notice is updated before any feature that needs personal data (such as digital parcel personalization) goes live. The current text is always published on this page.
